Bookings and Payments
Houmuch acts as an intermediary platform to connect users with service providers (e.g., hotels,
houseboats). All bookings are subject to the terms and cancellation policies of the respective
service provider. We are not responsible for the services provided by third-party vendors.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tetrabid Systems Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents,
suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or
punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other
intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the
Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard
to its conflict of law provisions.
